Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Applications Developer, specializing in Pega, to focus on delivering high quality application software. As key personnel, the developer will be fully dedicated to the project, collaborating with teams to design, build, and implement software solutions efficiently. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy application software/configuration for the low-code platforms. Work closely with stakeholders to meet contract milestones. Troubleshoot and resolve software/configuration issues promptly. Document code, ensuring maintainability and scalability. Prepares detailed specifications for programs. Translates detailed design into computer software. Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. Applies principals, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant with the enterprise architecture and applicable reference models. Assess workflows, organizational structure, and planning processes and find areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Minimum Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Relevant Pega Certifications: Certified Business Architect (PCLBA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA), or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) with User Essentials Course. Minimum Requirements: Ten (10) years of experience in IT leadership, architecture, specializing in Java and Pega Proficiency in Java, Pega, and other low-code/no-code, workflow-based solutions. Highly knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, Pega, Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns, XML, REST, Spring Boot/microservices, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, technologies. Understanding of AWS infrastructure, with experience in service development, deployment, and management in AWS environments. Strong understanding of software development processes. Ability to work within contract deadlines and deliverables.
