At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. • Work closely with customers to build-up Cadence component information manage system, and schematic and PCB/Package design flow.• Deliver technical campaigns by onsite technical support, delivering product demonstrations, trainings and workshops.• Collaborate with Sales to build good relationship with customers, define Package& PCB solution selling strategy as well as create technical compelling events. • Feedback new and challenged flow to R&D team to optimize tool’s experience and enhance SPB tool’s competitiveness.• Establish technical credibility and rapport with customers• Understand the competitive landscape and continuously work on differentiating Cadence’s solutions Requirement:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 5 to 10 years related experience. Master’s preferred. • Strong experience on domain of CAD,Hardware design,Layout design or AE.• Good skill on Cadence Allegro platform tools including: Allegro PCB Editor, APD/SIP, Design Entry HDL and ORCAD. Familiar with Mentor/Altium or equivalent .• Familiar with data management applications (such as ADW/EDM and PLM-Windchill/3DE), and Cadence Allegro SKILL, Tcl is desirable.• Knowledge of EDA industry with a general background in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, and RF, as related to PCB design or Package design are desirable. • Excellent team-worker and high performance with self-driven/self-learning capability• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
