Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs.
• Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies.
• Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Qualification:

12+ years of hands-on Oracle development experience covering full SDLC.Proficient in PL/SQL programming.Good understanding of Oracle19c internalsGood knowledge of Tomcat softwareStrong experience with Windows & Linux OSGood understanding of performance management and transactional processing.Proficient in troubleshooting of Oracle performance issues.Experience designing, developing, recovering and enhancing Oracle database for WEB applications.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well in a team environment.Experience with MS SQL Server.Experience with schema design and partitioning will be a plus.Understanding of query plan and using Oracle Enterprise Manager to analyze/improve it is preferred.Experience with processing of large data sets is preferred.Experience with full SDLC of a large batch processing system will be a plus.
