We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Architect.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our expanding iQube team within MSS Operations Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecture oversight and governance across the iQube ServiceNow platform, which is built on the ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) product.

In this role, you will:

Working with the global delivery teams to provide architectural oversight across the MSS ServiceNow platformCollaborating with the wider MSS Operations Architecture community to ensure consistency in approach and adherence to architecture governance across the division Providing input to iQube and ServiceNow design discussions and decisionsEnsuring that iQube design principles and governance are followed, and any customisation of the ServiceNow platform is minimisedRunning weekly Technical Design Working Group to review and approve designs and user storiesProviding technical assistance to the team with the build and support of the MSS ServiceNow instances (non-production and production) and MID serversProviding suggestions for improvements (e.g. security enhancements, monitoring, reporting, etc) to ensure the platform is secure, robust and scalableProviding oversight of ServiceNow upgrades, carried out annually (at minimum)
