Lead Art Director

The Lead Art Director will be responsible for the execution of high-level conceptual design and campaign development. Applies deep knowledge of strategic and consumer marketing to bring conceptual ideas to life, on all platforms. Executes design solutions through fast-paced problem solving and conceptual design skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Shepherd projects from concept to completion independently, as well as in collaboration with othersMaintain a focus on project efficiency, quality, and cost effectivenessTranslate and execute effectively against creative briefs, interpret client requests, feedback, and directionBalance multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWork closely with project managers, designers, and creative leaders to provide best in class solutionsConceptualize, and create best in class, strategically sound design solutions that meet client objectivesLead/mentor others to become strong creative contributors
 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, or Art preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 10 years of agency creative and design experience
