Summary: Seeking a Lead Assembler with expertise in advanced assembly functions, soldering, and process improvement within defense and intelligence systems.

Requirements:

US Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance High school diploma with 8+ years of experience or AS Degree with 6+ years Soldering experience required

Preferred Skills:

Soldering Certifications Experience in LEAN Events or "Six S" activities Ability to interpret blueprints and Process Flow Instructions

Responsibilities:

Lead team, train lower-level assembly specialists Perform advanced assembly tasks including mechanical, harness, cable, PCB sub-assemblies Conduct soldering and component installation per contract specifications Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales departments Focus on continuous improvement to meet schedule and budget commitments

Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
