Lead Asset and Logistics Management Specialist
GCyber is seeking a DPAS-certified Lead Asset and Logistics Management Specialist to support a mission critical DoD environment. This role is responsible for leading a team of asset management specialists supporting multiple locations in Norfolk and Suffolk, VA.   *Due to the classification and nature of the work performed, this position will be full-time at the Government location.  As the Lead Asset and Logistics Management Specialist, you will: + Overseeing and performing asset management activities across multiple locations in Norfolk and Suffolk, VA. + Supporting property management duties, including developing material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage, and disposition of property. + Completing monthly inventory reports in accordance with government guidelines. + Supporting the inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred. + Providing monthly inventory reports in compliance with government guidelines. + Developing inventory control processes to track property received, shipped, excessed, moved, or transferred. + Assisting in monitoring software licenses to ensure compliance with license agreements and usage standards. + Ensuring audit compliance for IT assets. + Maintaining Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) records for incoming property, transferred property, and excessed property. + Serving as the primary point of contact for asset management coordination between multiple locations, facilitating communication and process improvements.  Minimum Qualifications and Experience: + Active DoD Secret Clearance + 5+ years dedicated Asset and/or Logistics Management experience in a DoD environment + BA/BS or equivalent + Required Certifications: + DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher (https://public.cyber.mil/cw/cwmp/dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications) + Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) certification GCyber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
