Lead Associate, Cross Dock
**Overview:** The Lead Associate, Crossdock primary duty is to execute accurate inventory practices, provide excellent customer service for pick up orders, and support completion of white glove home delivery routes. **Key Duties & Responsibilities:** The Lead Associate, Cross Dock responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Checking-in product received at the assigned cross dock. + Managing the site’s inventory control, which includes preparing the necessary reports to document the results of stock checks, cycle counts and other inventory audit procedures. + Resolving any delivery or customer service issues that arise. + Assisting with any other tasks or special projects as assigned by the Cross Dock Manager. + Complete home delivery routes to company standards. + Support in-home delivery and installation when Home Delivery and Installation Specialist is out of office. + Other duties as assigned. **Required Experience** + Computer and clerical experience preferred. + Must be able to constantly work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment. + Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred. + High school diploma or GED is required. **Preferred Experience** + 2+ years working in a cross dock or warehouse distribution center. **Skills & Abilities:** + Professional in appearance and manner. + Able to communicate professionally. + Detailed and able to multi-task and shift priorities, as required. + Must be able to perform white glove home delivery. + Can lift 75 lbs. unassisted, and up to 250 lbs. with assistance. + Must be able to occasionally position self to maintain/move product throughout the facility and be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. **Working Conditions:** + Full time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. + Must be able to work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment and outdoor conditions. + May require prolonged periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
