**Job Title: Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and Aerotek staff onsite. Ensure all employees are on time, working efficiently, and safely. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are handled properly in Order Fulfillment and Shipping Operations. Candidates will also learn and execute Aerotek policies related to accident reporting, attendance monitoring, and communication with supervisors and management. **Hard Skills** + Monitoring + Training + Managing + Hiring + Warehouse/Distribution + Order Selection/Loading **Soft Skills** + Leadership + Motivating Others + Effective Communication **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Environment** The distribution center is not climate controlled. The work can be hot and tiring, especially during the summer months. Some departments require more movement and walking than others. In Shipping, associates will spend the entire shift stacking products on trucks.
