Job Description

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

Ensure and communicate site safety rules in compliance with corporate directives.Lead shift start-up meetings to share safety topics, goals, and key updates.Report equipment or conveyor issues to Maintenance promptly.Escalate operational issues to management as needed.Act as Lead Warehouse Associate in their absence.Update KPIs on Pentagon, I:Drive, and Area CIP boards regularly.Develop, update, and revise departmental work instructions and procedures.Apply Lean tools to address process deviations or identify improvement opportunities.Oversee 6S audits and perform process confirmations for assigned areas.Monitor performance, coach associates, and provide feedback.Address poor performance, policy violations, and tardiness.Train new associates on Q-Matrix processes and maintain qualification records.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Required.12+ months of warehouse, material handling or Lead Warehouse Associate related experience required.Must be able to lift up to 75lbs in weight on certain jobs.Job duties require use of arithmetic, reading, writing, and measuring equipment.Applicants must have good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Applicants must be able to work the required shift 5:00am-3:45pm; must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as required.Must be able to work reasonable overtime as required by warehouse demand up to and including Sundays

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Office software experience highly preferred (Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc), and Microsoft Excel basic required (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Sum, Count, If, Sumif, countif, etc)WMS DLX, WMS BY, and SAP software experience highly preferred.

Salary Range:

The U.S. base hourly wage for this full-time position is $xxxx. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
