Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis and Reporting:- Collect, process, and analyze financial data to generate reports, dashboards, and insights.- Create and maintain data models and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by management.2. Data Management:- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.- Perform data validation and reconciliation to minimize errors.3. Process Efficiency:- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.- Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements to increase efficiency.4. Stakeholder Communication:- Communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to understand reporting requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.2. Proven experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and data visualization using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract valuable insights from data.4. Proficiency in database management and data validation techniques.5. Excellent communication skills to convey financial insights effectively.6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Basic knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.9. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
