Job DescriptionConduct/Govern NH, cross skill and up skill batches and ensure quality certification by meeting throughput, FCR and learning curve targets.End to end responsibility of training deliverables like throughput, certification, early production performance, etc.Ensure all training reports including internal stakeholder and clients should be shared on time accurately.Ensure floor agents go through timely monthly check, floor refreshers, etc.Should be able to manage internal communication with peers, stakeholders and  communication with clients, which will include reports, reviews, audits, etc.Should have good communication skills and would be interacting with internal stakeholders and end clients.In depth understanding of TNI/ TNA process and ability to make recommendations for process improvements.Maintain vertical hygiene by ensuring reports, data and documents are in place.

QualificationsGraduate / Post GraduateOverall work experience of minimum 6 yrs. with minimum 4 yrs. experience in Training Strong work ethic with a will-to-win attitude, demonstrates personal excellence, lives the growth mindset and adapts to WNS Values.Strong level of verbal communication skills including ability to have relevant conversations related to the process is essential.Strong English language skills, and an ability to understand and comprehend accurately.Ability to have robust conversations while maintaining a high level of customer service with different stakeholders and clients.Can articulate effectively and concisely and conveys outcomes with confidence.
