We are currently looking for a Lead B2B Marketing Manager - Demand Generation (all genders) based in Berlin
Mission:This is a project leading role and holds a central position in driving marketing efforts aimed at elevating brand awareness and generating qualified leads within the various Lingoda business units. 
This role involves orchestrating the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across diverse digital and offline channels, tailored to the B2B customer journey. 
Responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to refine Lead-Nurturing strategies, monitoring campaign performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to enhance ROI.
Additionally, this role will foster collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to drive growth projects and contribute to Lingoda's long-term marketing strategy.Your Tasks:Drive full-cycle marketing initiatives with a clear focus on increasing awareness and generating qualified leadsDevelop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels and offline channels, focusing on the B2B customer journey (awareness, lead generation, revenue).Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a seamless Sales-Funnel and to refine Lead-Nurturing strategies accordinglyOptimize the Sales-Funnel consistently by focusing on the KPIs of your campaignsPlan, implement, and monitor budgets, targeting, and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns for performance and ROIMonitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide regular reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to run growth projectsUnderstand customer needs and provide detailed feedback to the product teams to inform the roadmap and prioritiesWork on setting a long-term marketing strategy to drive Lingoda’s vision and execute it effectivelyYou bring to Lingoda:More than five years of experience in marketing, focusing on Performance (PPC), Content Marketing  and Event Marketing in a B2B contextExtensive experience in collaborating with marketing agencies, successfully managing projects from start to finishBroad experience with various channels for generating qualified leads (experience in Event Marketing is a plus)Proficient use of Marketing and Sales Automation tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, or SalesforceSkilled in developing B2B Lead-Nurturing strategies and implementing campaigns along the Sales-FunnelProficient use of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsExcellent project management skills, with a strong ability to lead projects and drive initiatives, analyze and interpret data, relying on both intuition and numerical data to inform campaignsProficient communication skills in both German and English, C2 level both verbally and writtenA team player with a respectful demeanor towards colleaguesTransparent, conscientious, and structured approach to workEffective communication and assertiveness, with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work cross-functionally, communicating campaign strategies and results effectivelyDetail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.What you can expect from Lingoda:Approachable leaders and transparent communication - every voice counts at Lingoda!Company events and colleagues who are always happy to socialize + budgets towards team building events!An inclusive environment with great team spirit and passion for languagesA well-structured and exciting onboarding process to set you up for success!The possibility to work remotely from your home or in the office located in the heart of BerlinEducation funds because we want to see our people growFree access to our language classesMental Health programsCorporate benefits & pension funds28 vacation days per yearFree snacks & drinks at the officeThe modern hardware necessary for your work (n/a for freelancers)Flexible working hoursDoes that sound exciting?
