Insight Global is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Backend Frameworks Engineer to join a team of engineers responsible designing and overseeing the architecture of complex software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. This will include driving the technical roadmap along with mentoring engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. It is important that this resource can identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, ensuring they meet high standards for performance and reliability. You will also act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to articulate complex concepts. This position will also require you to work off hours when needed, specifically having to hop on calls in IST (Indian Standard Time). This position is set for 12 months to start sitting in either Woonsocket RI or Irving Texas 2-3 Days a week with the compensation ranging anywhere from $60-70/hr.
