The Lead Bartender reports to the Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities
The Lead Bartender reports to the Beverage Manager.
• Responsible for the setup, cleanliness, and breakdown of assigned bar area.
• Responsible for recipe knowledge, proper ringing of all product, and credit card handling.
• Provide and create a fun, friendly and exciting experience for all guests to uphold all of our standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by the Legends Hospitality and TABC organization.
Nissan Stadium Specific Responsibilities:
Counting beginning and ending inventory • If counts are off, verify with Bar Supervisor Liaison between the bartenders they are working with and the supervisor assigned Only the lead can ask their bar supervisor to order more product Responsible for ensuring every "register" is set up and ready for guests by gate time Responsible for ensuring all small wares are cleaned properly and put back in place Ensure that a bar and the bartenders are ready to be dismissed by supervisor Responsible for giving all paperwork at the end of shift to bar supervisor Responsible for ensuring no POS are left in bar location assigned Responsible for the overall "appearance" of the bar prior to gates and throughout the shift Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment Responsible for ensuring every member of assigned bar is upholding all Nissan Stadium Alcohol PoliciesKnowledge, Skills and Ability

Qualifications:
• Must have at least 1 year experience at Nissan Stadium
• Must have a current Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification - TABC
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds without aid
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time without aid
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be available to work an irregular schedule
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds;
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
