Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Lead Bartender who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Schedule & Hours
• Full-Time
• Days / Evenings / This position requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
What you will do
Lead cocktail creations and menu costings
Control par levels and orderings
Handle daily requisitions
Implement bar P&Ps and daily duties
Coordinate the beverage program between outlets
Coach and train bartenders to ensure consistency
Following the state and city alcohol law while adhering to Four Seasons standards of service.
The Bartender has a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar and ensures that all the details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service.
Working knowledge of the Micros system is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
The position requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
What you bring
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum two years bartending or related work
Skills and Abilities: Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
