Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the business development and land acquisition activities for Adani's projects in Mumbai. Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities in line with the company's strategic objectives. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate acquisitions, including legal, financial, and environmental assessments. Negotiate and structure land acquisition deals to ensure favorable terms for Adani while maintaining positive relationships with landowners and other stakeholders. Collaborate with legal, finance, and regulatory teams to navigate complex land acquisition processes and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, landowners, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders in the real estate industry. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals involved in land acquisition, business development, and project management. Regularly report on the progress of land acquisition initiatives and business development activities to senior management. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes that may impact land acquisition and business development strategies.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA in Real Estate Management or Business Administration (preferred).

Experience

15-20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Demonstrated track record in successfully leading land acquisition and business development initiatives. Proven experience in negotiating complex real estate transactions. Strong network and relationships with key players in the Mumbai real estate market. Experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
