Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of BMS and SCADA systems Provide strategic direction for BMS and SCADA initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS and SCADA systems with overall aviation infrastructure Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to BMS and SCADA systems Manage and mentor a team of BMS and SCADA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of BMS and SCADA systems Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues related to BMS and SCADA systems Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in BMS and SCADA systems Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies for BMS and SCADA systems Experience 15-20 years of experience in the Aviation industry Demonstrated track record of success in leading BMS and SCADA functions Proven experience in managing complex systems within aviation infrastructure

 

Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
