CTG is seeking to fill a Lead Business Analyst – Banking & Payments Transformation opening for our client in Boston, MA. Location: Remote Duration: 10 months We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with expertise in banking, payments processing, and business transformation to drive key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, ACH payment processing, and Fiserv PEP+ systems while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead business transformation initiatives by leveraging data analytics to enhance banking and financial systems. Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define and document business requirements. Analyze complex business data, identify insights, and recommend process improvements. Support the integration of new technologies and ensure system configurations align with organizational goals. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cross-functional collaborations to ensure smooth execution. Develop business requirement documents, process flows, and user guides for improved system transparency. Identify business process inefficiencies, data-related issues, and propose data-driven solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial services industry. Strong expertise in ACH payment processing, Fiserv PEP+ systems, and NACHA file formats. Hands-on experience with ALM, Jira, and other project management and testing tools. IT business analysis expertise, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and system implementation. Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and executive teams. Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making. Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
