Job Description An Employer in the Mason, Ohio area is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for a contract position. This person will be working on a project to help with modernizing the companies largest application used by both internal and external parties. This person will support the day-to-day initiatives for the workstream. This person would be responsible for the data updates and business initiatives that must still be completed while the current team members are being moved to support the capital project. They will gather all requirements on any new initiatives for the Run the Business side of the company. They will also need to have experience with testing and QA responsibilities. This person will need to be flexible in stepping up to help other team members as a Lead for this team.
