Lead Business Execution Consultant-Operations Strategy & Change Management

In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Work location: Charlotte, NC-CIC-Customer Information Center; New York, NY-150 E 42nd Street; West Des Moines, IA-West Des Moines Campus

Required Qualifications, US:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification:

Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations expertiseCAMS/ACFCS or other financial crimes certificationDemonstrated experience successfully planning and executing strategic initiativesExperience with strategic roadmap coordination and developmentExperience with program and change managementExperience with Agile Methodology, Program and/or Project Management methodologiesStrong risk management leadership skillsOutstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperativesAbility to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teamsExperience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areasExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Project) skills

Job Expectations:

Work hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Position is not VISA eligible.

Position may be removed early due to candidate volume.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
