The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will assist with a variety of consulting projects supporting the Business Intelligence and Analytics Business Line within 1898 Co. This role will perform individual tasks and lead the delivery of analytics services to the project and client. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, requirements gathering and will be able to demonstrate how to leverage business intelligence tools to enable the value of data with visualizations and improved business processes. You will work across multiple industries but will primarily be focused within the Utilities sector. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced and fluid environment where muti-tasking is common.

Assists and sometimes leads the development of data visualizations and dashboards to tell stories that help drive business outcomes.Work within a team to design and develop data pipelines to ingest, transform and cleanse data. Build analytics models supporting a variety of domains and use cases. Lead research and compile information for senior project team members. Apply standard industry practices and principles supporting data analytics. Desire to grow technical capabilities toward a data visualization expert, data engineer or data scientist. All other duties as assigned.
