Primary Responsibility #1: Data Analytics
Developing data analytics using Power BI and Tableau for Partner Solutions involves creating dynamic and interactive dashboards that provide comprehensive insights into AT&T products. These dashboards will present key metrics such as sales volumes and revenue, enabling partners to make informed decisions quickly. By visualizing the data in an accessible and intuitive format, stakeholders can identify trends, track performance, and uncover opportunities for growth. This approach not only enhances transparency but also drives strategic actions that can optimize sales and boost overall revenue.
Primary Responsibility #2: Automation Application Development
Leveraging technology to automate repetitive tasks, businesses can significantly reduce the time and effort required for operations. This transformation minimizes human error, accelerates workflows, and frees up valuable resources for more strategic activities. Automated applications streamline processes such as data entry, reporting, and communication, ensuring consistent and reliable outputs. Ultimately, this shift enhances productivity, drives innovation, and fosters a more agile and competitive business environment.
Position Summary:
This is a technical job that requires the following skill sets:
Extensive Snowflake, Teradata, MySQL, Oracle – Interface and data analysis experience along with knowledge of AT&T Systems, processes, and architecture.
Programming Languages: Python, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS
Tools: VS Code, Docker, DBeaver, Power BI, Tableau
Azure Cloud Environment, Databricks, Palantir and AI LLMs
Convert manual business processes into automated applications to boost sales efficiency. This can be achieved through various methods, including:
Creating data analytics tools using Power BI/Tableau
Writing scripts to automate data consolidation and consumption
Developing Single Page Web Apps to streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Retrieve and analyze data.
Evaluate information to determine management and/or customers solutions for operational and business objectives.
Manages and maintains process documentation.
Stores controlled documents and quality records.
Adds, deletes, changes, and distributes documents.
Documents internal process requirements to maintain compliance policy and ensures consistent access to information for process associates.
Lead the Globalization of core service delivery and operations functions and processes (transition, transformation, inventory, provisioning, networking management, billing, and client invoice services) to ensure that services sold to multinational corporations can be delivered worldwide in a manner that meets or exceeds client expectations and practice margins.
Develops and deploys global tools and processes, and develops supporting processes, methods, and tool kits for provisioning, procurement, or network management.
Accountable for all timelines and project plans from data gathering through implementation.
Collect information such as financial or operational data from numerous sources in various formats and translate it into a standard format in order to identify trends or improve cost.
Design and/or create reports/summaries, reporting tools, and database requirements to help operational effectiveness and decision making.
Construct and apply statistical and/or financial models and/or analysis to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze production, implementation and/or manufacturing expenses/processes to determine most cost-effective solutions.
Identify root cause cost drivers for the current state and develop sourcing recommendations to achieve savings.
Analyze internal or supplier information to ensure data is correctly defined in order to ensure accuracy of analysis.
Provide recommendations for improvement and create documentation that relates to the analysis of the data.
Lead efforts based on analysis output to drive savings. In order to support the operational success of the business, this role develops metrics, tools and process for large complex projects or large customers.
Work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment.
Assignments are very complex, cross functional and require seasoned analytical skills with high level of proficiency.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain preferred.
Experience:
5-8 years of related experience.
Advanced data modeling experience and effective communication skills.

Our Lead Business Operations Analyst, earn between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
