About the Role
Business Services (GBS). As part of the transformation, ServiceNow platform applications (Source to Pay (S2P) and Hire to Retire (H2R)) are being introduced to enable intelligent workflow automations and orchestrations.
We are building an omnichannel integrated enterprise service management system that will integrate with our ERP solutions and orchestrate systems of work (workflows, chat and case management) for our customers. Be part of a newly formed global Product team that partners with Global Business Services to drive improvement and innovation in safety, culture, productivity and social value through the application of world class technology.
As part of the GBS Technology ServiceNow and Automation team, you will report directly to the Product Manager and work closely with the technical lead to define strategy, roadmap, solution design and architecture for the ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management. This role can be based out of Perth, Brisbane or Adelaide within our offices in Australia or Singapore.
In this role, your key accountabilities will include:
Support the development and maintenance of technical product roadmaps, architecture, blueprint (including APIs) for ServiceNow source to pay and hire to retire applications, in alignment with global technology architecture standards. Implement and solution design the application of architecture tools and best practices. Develop, design and approve architecture guardrails to drive secure, well-designed systems delivering maximum business value. Lifecycle manage the blueprints for system integrations, data flows, orchestrations, data classification, data privacy and cybersecurity. Identify new solutions and optimize opportunities that will improve the relevance and performance of the global enterprise service management applications. Develop high level solution design for enhancements or changes, incorporating new designs into the existing enterprise service management application architecture. Support the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects within the Technology portfolio. Provide subject matter expertise to technology projects and DevOps teams to drive collaboration within the team, ensuring effective execution of solution design is completed. Engage with key stakeholders and provide technology trend analysis, problem management, business impact scoping and other testing / training requirements. About You
Experience in specializing in design and architecture of ServiceNow application areas with the focus on Source to Pay and Hire to Retire processes. Design, configuration and implementation experience including integration with the ERP and Non-ERP platforms, demonstrating strength in system integrations, orchestrations and automations. Working knowledge of procurement and human resource processes. Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing ServiceNow application business processes and solve business problems. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Team working skills, capable of engagement and influence different stakeholders and ability to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users Relevant ServiceNow application Certification is desirable. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related (STEM) discipline is desirable. Knowledge & practical experience in Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices is advantageous Verbal and written Spanish communication skills is advantageous
