The role of the Lead Butcher

Expertly cut, carve, and prepare various varieties of meat, fish, and poultry while continuously inspecting the product for quality. Cut, bone, grind, weigh and wrap pieces of meat based on the specifications of the respective hotel outlets.  Work clean and in concert with all federal and state health codes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications include:

Whole animal butchery

Multi-tasking and organization

Understanding of Federal & Local Health Department codes

Strong attention to detail

Solid communication skills

Strong interpersonal and team player skills
