Key responsibilities:

Bringing in pro-activeness in planning from a B2B Business Growth Capturing of Proactive Market, Customer and Business Demand and converting the demand into reasonable technical requirement for proactive capacity addition in NLD, Metro and other all other network layer’s which includes Collector / Access / Packet (CEN/NPT) / MPLS (all Layer) / Internet (Port and Backhaul) Overall Wireline Confirm Order Design and Network Planning governance. Releasing Guideline for wireline products

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Are articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. React quickly and adapt to changes in priorities, circumstances, and direction. Have the knack of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues 

Educational Qualifications:

Education required is B.E (Electronics), Master degree (MBA) or Specialization in any core subject of Communications (M.Tech) will be preferred. Work Experience must have: 5 - 8 years of diverse telecom exposure in organizations. Goods hands on experience on Transport Optics, IP, MPLS and CEN.
