Responsibilities Coaches and mentors direct support staffWorks to create a positive work environment and proper deployment of direct support staffAddresses and corrects health, safety, and environmental concerns and reports safety and maintenance concerns as needed Ensures clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documentedProvides oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shoppingEnsures protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followedEnsures medication administration records are current and ensures medical appointments are scheduled and met Monitors the budgets and finances of the person(s) servedCollects and reports management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operationsImplements fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resourcesMonitors employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheetsOther duties as assignedQualifications High school diploma or GED required (Exceptions to educational requirements must comply with state law and regulations)Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferredMinimum age requirement is 18 years

Minimum of 6 Months Experience working with individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities (IDD) as well as behaviors.Must Have a Current Driver's License, auto liability insurance & a driving record acceptable to the company requirements.Documentation proving eligibility to work inside the USA.Clear Criminal History & Driving Record.Good computer skills.Ability to communicate effectively, & to supervise the work of others.
