You will take ownership of our field automation and instrumentation portfolio. You will be responsible for driving execution across multiple projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers engagement. You will ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
 

As a Lead Chemical Automation Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners and technology leadership to define product offerings for our field automation and instrumentation portfolio

Taking ownership for the full project life cycle to ensure we deliver successful technology products and services to our customers

Coordinating the execution and delivery of multiple projects to track and share outcomes

Organizing project teams of technical and functional experts according to budget, scope and timelines to ensure successful delivery

Partnering with execution team to resolve roadblocks and interdependencies on projects

Tracking project outcomes and customer satisfaction levels through metrics to measure against service level while sharing lessons learned

Managing stakeholder communication and reporting progress to all levels of our organisation

Providing initial and final financial reviews to ensure on time and on budget project execution including ongoing tracking


Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).  A minimum 8 years of professional experience.

Have solid project management and project leadership experience

Have a comprehensive knowledge of chemical products, application and services

Demonstrate experience managing budgets, spend and liquidations

Be an excellent communicator and leader with great interpersonal, influencing and planning skills

Have experience collaborating with a global team to solve problems and execute solutions in a timely manner

Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills

Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset through partnering with your customers to create new processes and shape their future initiatives
