Shift: M-F, 6am-3pm or 9am-5pm **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead daily production activities, ensuring schedules and goals are met. + Provide technical training on equipment, SOPs, and chemistry processes. + Monitor operations, enforce compliance, and support quality investigations. + Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate when necessary. + Review and approve documentation, including BPRs and quality records. + Ensure proper resource allocation and maintain 5S and safety standards. + Support all production stages, including synthesis, purification, and analytics. **Requirements:** + **Experience:** 4+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, 1+ year in a leadership role. + **Skills:** HPLC expertise, hands-on production oversight, and strong problem-solving ability. + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
