For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-Spanish-11.6.23.pdf) This position is responsible for: -Cleaning assigned area -Giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners; and filling out check and verification lists -Be in contact to superiors (supervisor and manager) to provide specific reports of the building cleaning tasks **Essential Functions** -Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility -Ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations -Assures the highest quality of customer satisfaction -Assists with Training and Development -Leads and participates in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks - Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. **Responsibilities** -Provides leadership and direction to team members -Assists with making daily and weekly work schedules - Uses company provided cellphone to get in touch with superiors and sending reports, during the night shift. -Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items - Fills out check and verification list of the property -Makes sure premises are secured at all times -Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager. -Provides training to all new hires assigned to the building -Attends and participates in all meeting and training sessions involving assigned property and crew. -Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. -Completes order forms completely and accurately. -Coordinates equipment usage and inventories. Performs all tasks and duties required of your team -Miscellaneous duties as assigned **Qualifications** -Must be 18 years of age or older. -Must have 6 months similar experience **Preferred Qualifications:** -Customer Service Experience -1 yr of similar work experience
