**Overview** **Position Summary Details** The Lead / Clerk for parking division will provide outstabnding customer service to clients, tenants, employees and visitors. Supervise parking office, and staff. 2. Provide **Outstanding** customer service to clients, tenants, employees and visitors 3. Address all onsite daily parking inquiries from employees and clients 4. Billing / collections / monthly reconciliation / Sales Journal / Cash app duties for a high-volume garage 5. Assist with ticket audit / Reconcile Transient Revenue from pay on foot machines 6. Assist with preparation and input of DR (daily reports) in JD Edwards 7. Communicate effectively with management team, bringing issues to their attention in a timely manner. 8. Building Access Setup / Parking Access input 9. Pinnacle control includes article setups, building access set up, and card readers and cab reboots occasionally. 10. Assist with bimonthly and monthly financial reports for manager for accounting and revenue recon. 11. Filing and maintaining files, Answer telephones. 12. Assist with OSHA requirements for compliance. **JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:** 1. Minimum two (2) years’ parking experience in an office required. 2. Ability to multitask, think clearly, decisively, and able to work well under pressure. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4. Professional manner, attitude, appearance and dependability are a MUST. 5. Computer literate (Excel, Word, JD Edwards input, adding-deleting parkers) 6. Able to solve customer complaints in a professional manner. 7. Knowledge of SKIDATA Parking Equipment is a plus. PAY & BENEFITS 1. Hourly Pay: $24.00 per hour (depending on experience) 2.
