Job Description SummaryThe Research Project Manager/Research Program integrator is responsible for managing operational aspects of the Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography research portfolio. This includes processing research proposals, reviewing budgets, making payment to investigator sites, and fulfilling requirements for documentation according to GE HealthCare research processes.

Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesProject manages Investigator Sponsored and GE Sponsored Research projects for the Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography business unitEnsures compliance with internal procedures and SOPs related to the documentation and management of studiesCoordinates collection and documentation of study deliverables and completes payments related to contracted research projects according to milestones set forth and approved by research managersCoordinates completion and review of study budgets and processes payments.Leads evaluations, reader studies defined to meet strategic research needs.Develops relationships with and supports external research partners and manages communication with external sites in a professional and productive manner.   Creates reports and leads operational tracking and reviews of study status, deliverable updates - engages research managers and other stakeholders on key actions and outcomesDevelops research documents as required, including protocols, plans, informed consent forms, and required storage of research documents.Supports improvement of research tools and processes to ensure compliant and efficient execution and documentation of research studiesSupports financial reporting of research function in coordination with finance functionsWorks with RMs, regional RMs, research operations, engineering teams, service, QA, RA, Medical, and modality team members to conduct and deliver research activity and results on time, within budget and with the necessary deliverables.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience project management or administrative support in a clinical, industrial, or government agency settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated success in projects requiring accuracy with details, documentation, and communication between partiesDemonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and effectively manage competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritiesDemonstrated ability to problem solve logistical or bureaucratic issues and create sustainable solutions through collaboration, creativity, and positive attitude.Experience working in cross functional teamsDemonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships

Desired Characteristics
