Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks a Lead Real Estate Closing Coordinator located at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
What is the opportunity?
The Lead Closing Coordinator works with a team of Closing Coordinators, while supporting the Division Closing Manager, to ensure all agreement of sale and closing documents are processed accurately and timely, enabling the buyer to complete the home buying process.
What are the primary responsibilities?
Review and approve Agreement of Sale paperwork, identifying and resolving any issues.Coordinate and schedule home buyer closings, ensure the closing paperwork is ready, prepare closing documents as needed.Prepare and reconcile, but not limited to, weekly and monthly reports, HOA Settlement reports and Close packages.Monitor new community openings and first closings at the community to ensure process is in place.Mentor and coach team members to provide ongoing training and address questions.All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Does this describe you?
Solid knowledge of the activities and documentation related to residential real estate sales and closing.Proven track record of managing complex processes with diverse groups of stakeholders.Ability to work independently.Attention to detail to check for accuracy and completeness of closing paperwork.Problem solving skills, especially in time sensitive situations.Great customer service skills and experience communicating with customers, both internal and external.Do you have these qualifications?
Essential:5+ years’ experience in residential closing and/or related Real Estate industry.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to learn other systems.
