Lead Cloud Engineer - Platform and Storage (Hybrid)
Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as the team lead in designing and developing advanced solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications, as well as coach and mentor team members. *THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE* The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: * Apply your advanced skills and knowledge to develop solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components. * Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms and account for interrelated functionality and processes when developing designs. * Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. * Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions and lead the team in addressing identified issues. Qualifications *THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM* Minimum Required Experiences * 4 years of experience engineering enterprise infrastructure Desired Experiences * 5+ years hands on experience working with large scale Windows and Linux environments in on-prem and AWS * Experience working in cloud technologies (AWS and Azure) * Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems * Strong hands-on experience in programming with Python, and Shell Scripting * Experience automating and integrating with native AWS services * Strong in Infrastructure As Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation, and Terraform * Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services. AWS Developer Certification is a plus * Proficient in automation and deploying CICD tools and services (Jenkins Pipeline as Code) and Gitlab * Experience in working with product management, stakeholders, and scrum leads * Preferred experience in APIs, web services architecture SOAP, REST and XML * Experience developing with Java and C++ Fannie Mae is an Equal Opportunity Employer, which means we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
