**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** Responsible for the daily coordination of clinic activities that are routinely provided by the CMA's. Daily duties include but not limited to VFC coordination, CMA room assignments, ensuring all necessary supplies are available, etc. **Fiscal** **Responsibility:** Assists the manager with monitoring of expenses to assure cost effectiveness operations, including attention to overtime and supply expenses. Assumes responsibility for coordinating supply procurement, monitors cash collection activities for the site and verifies correctness of charge capture associated with the visit. **Staff Leadership:** Serves as lead to staff and coordinates activities that maximize productivity and flow in all clinic areas. Responsible for developing and maintaining employee schedules to ensure efficient operations. Provides input to staff performance evaluations and assists staff with developing goals and objectives that foster professional growth and development. Coordinates the orientation process for new employees and is directly involved with the director/manager in the hiring of staff.
