Kforce's client in north Houston, TX is searching for a Lead Code Quality Engineer. Summary: The client is looking for someone that can help track and monitor individual developers' performance and code quality. The main purpose of this role is to improve software quality. Performance and code quality: * Track performance (how much individual dev can do within a sprint) * Track quality (How many iterations for code check in) * Do first round of code review (By themselves or using code quality tools (e.g., Resharper or any other tool); Work with the developer to resolve it before sending to team lead and improve code quality) * Generate a performance report/code quality report for leadership
