Lead - Commercial Space
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive non-aero commercial space revenue growth Lead and manage the commercial team to achieve set targets and objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand commercial space operations Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of commercial spaces Oversee lease agreements, rental negotiations, and contract management for commercial spaces Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize commercial space offerings Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial space performance and initiatives Drive customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality commercial space management Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance the overall commercial space experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred) 18 to 24 years of experience in the Airline and Airport industry
