**Job Title: Lead Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lead Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves general labor tasks in heavy construction, site work, concrete construction, and demolition. The ideal candidate will be involved in digging, lifting, equipment operation, and site maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Perform site work including digging, lifting, and general construction labor. + Assist with concrete construction tasks and demolition activities. + Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery. + Monitor conveyor belts and sort out metal and plastic debris from crushed stone. + Load and unload materials from trucks and direct other laborers. + Maintain and organize the shop and garage. + Assist Mechanics with machine maintenance. + Power wash and rinse the tires of outgoing trucks. + Uphold site safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + Experience in site work and heavy construction. + Proficiency in concrete construction and general labor tasks. + Ability to operate construction equipment and machinery. + Physical stamina for lifting and digging. + Attention to detail for inspection and sample testing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical knowledge, particularly in diesel and auto. + Experience with equipment cleaning and maintenance. + Strong organizational skills for maintaining work areas. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a union-based opportunity after six months, fostering a great culture and a stable, long-term job that will continue for another 15 years.
