Principal responsibilities

Perform database logical and physical modellingProvide consultancy and support on database performance tuningProvide consultancy and support to businessDevelop scripts and configure tools for automationSupport and maintain High-Availability and Disaster Recovery solutionsParticipate in support roster providing out of office support for production issuesCollaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver suitable infrastructure solution which can cope with the business needEnsure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standardsWork closely with infrastructure domain teams to influence the practice and standard of infrastructure productsWeekend/production support work will be required according to project release, vulnerability patching and production support roster in 24 x 7
