Lead - Contract Admin

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Conduct kick-off meetings with contractors to establish clear project understanding and expectations. 

• Ensure contractual compliances throughout the project lifecycle, including adherence to terms and conditions. 

• Drive the change management processes by facilitating the review and approval of contract modifications. 

• Manage claims and disputes by coordinating with relevant parties and seeking amicable resolutions. 

• Review and prepare contractual correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 

• Prepare and ensure timely circulation of Management Information System (MIS) related to contracts. 

• Reconcile payments and receivables to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. 

• Oversee contract closure compliance and related activities, ensuring all necessary steps are completed. 

• Review extension of time requests, advising management on related contractual consequences and remedies. 

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure statutory compliances are in order throughout the project duration. 

• Collaborate with customers and other functional verticals to align contract administration with business objectives.

Experience : 10-15 years of experience in contract management and related areas within the data centers industry

Education Qualification : Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) or equivalent degree in a relevant field.

Certification Required : Certifications in Contract Management or related areas are preferred.
