Honeywell’s\nACST team is seeking a Lead Controls Technician for our Chandler,\nAZ location.
KEY\nRESPONSIBILITIES
Digital\n Manufacturing:
Assist\n in the design and development of controls systems including PLCs, HMIs,\n MES, control servers.
Install,\n configure, and trouble shoot control system hardware and software.
Collaborate\n with manufacturing engineers to develop and implement control strategies\n for new and existing equipment. Perform system testing and validation to\n ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Continuous\n Improvement and Innovation:
Stay\n updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best\n practices related to cost reduction and production efficiency.
Support\n continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows, eliminate waste,\n and enhance productivity.
Reporting\n and Documentation:
Maintain\n accurate documentation of control systems throughout the facility.
Production\n Support:
Assist\n with production activities from the controls perspective to meet customer\n needs and timelines

US CITIZENSHIP
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST\nHAVE
3 years of manufacturing floor experience\n as an industrial electrician, controls technician and/or electronics\n technician.
6 +\n months of strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools\n (e.g., Excel, MES (Manufacturing Execution System)).
Excellent\n organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage\n deadlines, and work in cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and\n interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the\n organization.
U.S.\n citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must\n also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.\n Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security\n processing.

Associate’s degree in\n engineering, or equivalent field experience/certifications.
Experience using MES\n (Manufacturing Execution System)
Have practical\n experience working with engineering equipment
