Lead Convention Center

Purpose / Objective:

Adani Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead for our Convention Center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience in Real Estate Development with a strong background in business modelling and analysis, as well as hospitality/convention center consulting with a good understanding of MICE market, convention centre planning, technical requirements and key features. As the Lead, you will be responsible for business modelling, financial analysis, P&L forecasting, product & design mix and development of the Convention Center, aligning with Adani's commitment to innovation and sustainable development in the real estate industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Developing and executing a comprehensive business model for the Convention Center, including financial projections, market analysis, and risk assessment.Leading the overall convention center product mix planning and guidance for design development including technical specifications.Keeping abreast with the global and local trends on new technologies, business formats, evolving industry landscape, etc. and guiding the senior management for strategic decision making. Responsible for lead generation and mar-comm initiatives for the convention center.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and sustainable practices within the Convention Center, aligning with Adani's commitment to environmental stewardship.Overseeing the development of strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the Convention Center's value proposition and market positioning.Leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.Reporting to senior management on key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities for growth and diversification.MBA in Strategy/finance15-18 years of experience in Real Estate Development
