The position of Lead Cook will include the following responsibilities.

Training and development of all Cooks and Service AssistantsHas completed all BOH E-learningFollows up on all BOH E-learningMaintains BOH activity gridsAssists in BOH SchedulingAssists Management team in administering Food Focus weekly with BOH teamAssists in Achievement of Food Cost StandardsAssist on food inventoriesMaintain standards on meals of 10 minutes or less and ensure tracked.Training and implementation of all New Menu RolloutsDaily and monthly implementation of Prep and Pull SystemAssist in MBM/ SWT ordering, delivery check-in, storageAssists Maintenance of all storage, dry, walk in and freezer areasMaintenance of Cook and Service Assistant Deep Cleaning ChartsMaintenance of Daily Temperature ChartsDaily BOH Walk Thru complianceAssists in setting Agenda setting for all BOH meetingsAssist in BOH Non-Ingredient ordering and par levelsContributes to positive Steritech (BPR) and health dept. resultsMust communicate daily with management team and as needed, update general manager, and ADO on all results.
