How you will make history here… 

As a Lead Coordinator, Partner Brands Supply Insights & Order Fulfillment, you will lead the cross-functional order management process supporting the national portfolio of Partner Brand suppliers servicing the SLI DSD network. Leveraging excellent customer service and strong professional relationships for internal & external partners in a fast-paced environment while ensuring efficient & effective execution of key goals & metrics for continued product availability is a key focus of this role.  The need to perform a broad variety of order service duties daily relative to the approval and post entry service for all types of external supplier finished goods orders and the ability to successfully influence collaboration across internal cross-functional team leaders is critical. Professionally and promptly resolve supplier and internal supply chain/operations/accounts payable team’s questions, issues, and feedback while thoroughly researching, identifying root causals, and offering long-term solutions within an organized process framework is essential. This role will also ensure delivery of forecast recommendations and tracking supporting inventory preparedness for execution including but not limited to; major promotional events, new items, retailer reset windows. Both supplier service level and IDP service level periodic reporting, analysis, and audits are required. 

What you will do… 

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the order life cycle from PO approval through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, special pack requirement and inventory availability/ continuityServe as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert between warehouse staff, accounting, and suppliers as it relates to the PO order lifecycleAbility to successfully navigate internal and external ad-hoc customer requests related to a variety of questions, issues, and concerns specific to suppliers, events, and logistics to ensure continuity of product supply throughout the SLI DSD network.  Collaborate with supply chain and warehousing teams along with external partners on improvement of inventory control, product / data quality improvement, ordering, and receiving to ensure product supply is available to support and optimize execution opportunities including service issues, voids, speed to shelf, incentives, and customer approved distribution demandsMonitor & enforce both external supplier performance expectations and internal inventory preparedness opportunities and Partner Brands HUB item portfolios on a routine basis. Research root causes for reliability failures and support Partner Brands team in developing corrective action plans with cross functional supply chain counterparts including DRP, transportation, Transplace group, HUB Teams, IDP Inventory Managers, and external supplier partners

Job Complexity:

Review & approve an average of 400+ orders within SAP per month for over 25 Partner Brand suppliers.This includes purchase order approvals, maintenance and modifications, and record accuracy coupled with clear communication to suppliers, internal supply chain, AP, and SAP support teams; essential to ensure product is received by warehouses efficiently, accurately, and on-timeBuild and maintain accurate:Supplier account profiles including performance metrics, MOQ’s, and contact listsAccurate documentation database as it relates to core job role actions and processes via Teams groupsOnline resources/process guidelines database via TEAMS groupsManage two shared email box destinations in addition to individual email and prioritize accordingly via Microsoft OutlookAnalyze and evaluate alternative solutions to internal and external customer requests related to lead time exceptions, special events/ads, late-delivery notifications, pricing promotion problems, deductions, merchandise return requests, vendor number consolidations, allocation restrictions and product availabilityMonitor, measure, & enforce weekly/monthly on time and fulfillment delivery performance for external suppliers and internal HUB service levels to IDP ordersCompile, update, and summarize monthly supply chain scorecard, with collaboration from senior manager to monitor service performance, customer program compliance, on time delivery, and case fulfillment expectationsCompile, update, and summarize monthly HUB CFR service scorecard, with collaboration from senior manager to monitor service performance to IDPs, inventory preparedness, and case fulfillment cut impactsSolving efficiency constraints by analyzing existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for continuous improvementPrepare, analyze, and summarize operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, and instructions as neededConsistently collaborate with DRPs (Demand Requisition Planners), other supply chain-related functions, and key cross-functional partners such as IT, master data, and accounting

  

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have) 

Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum one-year previous experience in a customer service or supply chain related role with emphasis on order Management, organizational skills, transportation/ logistics, and working with cross-functional business units in a high-volume CPG environmentProficiency utilizing SAP systemAdvanced analytical & problem-solving skills in collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately, collaborating, and generating alignmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have strong attention to detail, while understanding the strategic direction setProficient in Microsoft Office (including Pivot Tables & V/X Lookup functionality)Required to create and update Word, Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint documentsAbility to collaborate and influence various levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of directives, strategy, systemic issues, and service complexities coupled with long-term solutions

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$56,600-$81,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
