What you’ll do
This position is responsible for managing a docket of employment and class action litigation for the world’s largest retailer. This broad docket includes lawsuits alleging wrongful termination, discrimination, and similar employment-related claims and putative class action lawsuits involving employment or consumer claims. The docket may also include general commercial litigation matters. As lead counsel, you will manage assigned cases through resolution, including advising business and legal leadership about legal rights and obligations and identifying risks for remediation. You will retain, manage, and collaborate closely with outside counsel to drive case strategy, review and edit court submissions, oversee discovery, and manage legal spend.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
