Lead Credit Portfolio Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Credit Portfolio Consultant who will travel on-site to tour, assess, consult, and inspect agricultural collateral within our portfolio.


In this role, you will:

Lead complex credit initiatives including those that are cross functional with broad impactDevelop and implement strategies, programs, and policies with a direct and significant impact on credit risk appetite and cultureProvide oversight on credit risk governance and across assigned businesses or functionsReview and analyze complex credit performance, and potential or emerging credit risks that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsDevelop appropriate strategies that ensure risk is within Wells Fargo's risk appetiteMake decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring sound understanding of credit and portfolio strategies that influence teams to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesDirect and coordinate the various activities related to assessing and predicting risk through business analysis or modelingCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and middle to more experienced managers to resolve credit and portfolio issues, and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorServe as a technical expert for management on high complex issues


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Credit Consulting Portfolio experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$122,200.00 - $217,200.00
