The Diagnostic Imaging Lead assists, organizes and directs the daily activities of his / her modality, while also performing the duties of a technologist / sonographer.  The technologist / sonographer duties include but are not limited to: performing examinations according to physician orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment, taking into account individual patient needs or age-related needs.  Utilizes knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment to produce optimal images.

Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Upon hire: Oregon Medical Imaging License from Oregon State Board  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists  Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Computed Tomography Or Upon hire: National Computed Tomography Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board 2 years Imaging experience.
