Sr Customer Experience Specialist
As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation,\nyou will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and\nloyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop strategies\nto enhance the overall customer experience, and provide leadership to the\ncustomer experience team. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in\ndriving customer success and building strong relationships with our valued\ncustomers.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out\nof our Pune, India location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell's Industrial\nAutomation business by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will\nhave the opportunity to drive customer satisfaction, identify areas for\nimprovement, and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with cross-functional\nteams to address customer issues and resolve escalations
• Develop and implement strategies to\nenhance the overall customer experience
• Provide leadership and guidance to\nthe customer experience team
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback\nand metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Drive continuous improvement\ninitiatives to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience or customer service roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the industrial automation industry
• Knowledge of customer experience best practices
• Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
