Lead Customer Insights Analyst
This position is responsible for delivering industry-leading insights on our customers throughout their journey, from consideration to policy termination. This role is accountable for and delivers key business driving metrics through insights and consumer learning plans. Position Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $161,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary _Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location._ _Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates._ Primary Accountabilities + Drives the long-term vision and strategy for insights driving the end-to-end customer experience based on external trends, business strategy/objectives, and target customer needs. + Frames, structures, and scopes complex business and customer challenges. + Uses customer/consumer data and insights, competitor activity, and market trends to guide strategic planning and enable competitive advantage. + Evaluates and develops perspective on transformational customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction opportunities across the organization. + Defines, monitors, and champions customer experience metrics, key drivers of, and return on experience and insights investments. + Collaborates with all levels of leadership and management in order to align priorities and develop a collaborative roadmap for complex and large-scale strategic initiatives across all functional areas of the organization. + Partners with product lines, marketing, corporate strategy, and enterprise partners to drive strategic alignment. + Drives consumer influence across the enterprise, proactively reaching across the aisles. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements **Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate into actionable insights.** **Heavy Data Analytics skills are needed for this role in the Insurance Industry.** **Strong influence skills.** **Strong knowledge in consumer product categories, brands, and environment.** **Strong organization and time management skills.** Licenses •Not Applicable.
