Ecolab is seeking a Lead Customer Service Agent to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams, and ensuring seamless operations to meet customer needs. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient supply chain workflows and enabling successful performance reporting.

Responsibilities:
Support Corporate Account organization and field associates by providing exceptional customer service and timely processing of leasing information.
Manage incoming PAL calls and monitor Pending and Open Return reports.
Own and document procedures for Admin Lead Quick Reference Guide.
Handle escalated shipping situations and keep field representatives updated on order/return status.
Complete reporting tasks and collaborate with agencies as necessary.
Process Contract Change Requests (CCR’s) via CMS for pricing changes, contract conversions, product exceptions, and credit and rebills.
Review and load signed Product and Service Supply agreements into the mainframe.
Set up seasonal billing and product exceptions on both account and contract levels.
Act as a subject matter expert for special projects.
Process rental agreements with accuracy and create billing and equipment orders.
Respond to daily calls from field associates.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration
2-4 years of professional experience
